This screen allows users to manage and create registration forms. The Forms<\/strong> tab displays the list of available registration forms, and users can add a new form by clicking the Add New Registration Form<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a New Registration Form<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. From the main menu, click Registration <\/strong>then Registration Forms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the “Add New Registration Form” button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter the form title in the title field. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the dropdown menu to choose the type of registration. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the type of registration: student or guardian. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the “Save” button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> A ready-made registration form can be selected from the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Configuring the Fields of the Form:<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on the “Fields” button for the form. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The system navigates to the screen for selecting desired fields. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on the “Add Field” button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Enter the field data as follows: <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Enter the field title. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Enter the field title in the secondary language for guardians.
        Note: <\/strong>The field title must be entered in the secondary language for guardians due to language differences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Specify the field type (text, file, etc.). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Select the verification type for the field from the dropdown menu to choose its display method. Remarquez :<\/strong> Control over the field’s requirement can be managed as mandatory or optional by clicking the “Required” button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. After completion, click the “Submit” button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong> Control over the fields specific to the registration form can be adjusted using the \u201cEdit\u201d button associated with the registration field, specifying its visibility or concealment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the “Edit” button for the field from the fields table. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Move to the edit screen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click on the “Required” button to clarify the requirement for guardians to input this data. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
