Adding a Semester Plan<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system allows you to add a semester plan to save time and effort and organize your daily tasks professionally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start by clicking on the coursect in the fourth tab, “Semester Plan”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can add the weeks of the semester plan within the period specified by the school administration at the beginning of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you attempt to add it outside the specified period, you will not be allowed to do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the image, you will find the option “Copy Semester Plan”: You can use a previously recorded plan for another semester and copy it to the current semester. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Search for a Previous Plan:<\/strong> You can search for previous plans. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Download Plan Button:<\/strong> To download the plan to your device. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Week Overview:<\/strong> Includes the start date and end date. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Notes Button:<\/strong> The course supervisor can send you notes on the week’s plan you added, and you can view the notes from this button. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • + Button to Add Weekly Plan:<\/strong> Choose the type and then write the title. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            To Add a Semester Plan:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
