The system allows you to add bulk lectures at once to the platform through the system administrator’s account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Expand the Courses Management <\/strong>dropdown from the system\u2019s main menu and click Lectures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. The lectures<\/strong> screen contains different tabs (Add \u2013 Add Bulk lectures \u2013 Manage Timeslots \u2013 Schedules \u2013 Alternative Teacher \u2013 Other Actions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The main lectures screen also includes a search engine specifically for sessions on the platform using various methods such as teacher, level, and a course. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on the Add Bulk Lectures button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The system moves to the main screen for adding bulk lectures at once. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Fill in the fields listed in the table. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Select the teacher for the subject. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Select the grade level. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Select the course, then the sections and teacher for the course. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Choisissez la langue d\u2019enseignement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Add the educational supervisor and teacher for the subject.
      Note: <\/strong>You can click on the Add New Lecture<\/strong> button to include it in the session table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. Click the Save All Lectures<\/strong> button. A message will appear indicating that the lectures have been added successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Editing or Modifying Lectures<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      From the Actions <\/strong>column, click the Edit <\/strong>icon to open the Admin Edit Lecture <\/strong>screen. Here, you can modify the section, timeslot, add co-teachers, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Enter or modify the Section Title<\/strong> field to specify the section for the lecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Use the Course Title<\/strong> field to verify or edit the name of the course associated with the lecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the relevant school from the Schools<\/strong> dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Assign the primary teacher by selecting their name from the Teacher<\/strong> dropdown. This field is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Add co-teachers by selecting their names from the Co-Teacher<\/strong> field. Multiple names can be added as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Specify the Teaching Language<\/strong> for the lecture by selecting an option from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Assign the lecture\u2019s location by choosing a hall from the Hall<\/strong> dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Use the Update Related Lecture Timeslot\u2019s Hall<\/strong> dropdown to specify whether changes to the hall should apply to related timeslots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Click the Update<\/strong> button to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the Edit<\/strong> icon next to the lecture you want to process to open the Actions drop-down <\/strong>menu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Cliquez Assign Timeslots<\/strong> to allocate specific times for the lecture or activity and specify the hall.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          3. Click Unassign<\/strong> to remove previously assigned timeslots from the lecture or activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
