System Settings – Manage Privileges and Permissions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Main Menu >> Settings >> System Settings >> Management of Privileges and Permissions  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a system manager, you have the authority to manage the privileges and permissions of users, which simply means you can manage who can do what. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 To manage this screen efficiently, do as follows: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click the Manage Privileges and Permissions<\/strong> button on the system settings page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the schools you want to manage the privileges and permissions of their users, or you can click Select All. Note: If you are a system manager for several schools, the options appear from the first school selection, but if you are a manager for only one school, the options appear from the first user group selection only. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. S\u00e9lectionnez la cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019utilisateur. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the main job. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the check boxes for the jobs you want the user to access. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Cliquez sur Sauvegarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Use the search fields to search for a school, group, or specific job. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Select the “select all” check box to enable all functions for the selected user. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Select the check box\/boxes next to the services you want to block for the selected user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This featue enables you to set a specific notification template for all users and add new ones. Main Menu<\/strong> >> Settings <\/strong>>> System Settings<\/strong> >> Notifications Templates<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    To Add a New Notification Template:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1. Cliquez sur le bouton Mod\u00e8les de notification<\/strong> sur la page Param\u00e8tres syst\u00e8me<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choisissez le type de notification dans la liste d\u00e9roulante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Type the notification template you want in the first and second languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Cliquez sur le bouton Ajouter un nouveau mod\u00e8le<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

       This feature allows you to customize notification templates for all users and add new templates. Main Menu >> Settings>>System Settings >> Notification Templates  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Note: <\/strong>Current templates appear if there are existing templates and if not, there are none.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To add a new notification template: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Click the Notification Templates <\/strong>button from the system settings page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Choose the type of notification from the dropdown menu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Enter the name of the notification template you want in both the first and second languages. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Cliquez sur le bouton Ajouter un nouveau mod\u00e8le<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Through this option, you can allow\/not allow only the approved uploads to be displayed by activating the following toggle button: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Click the Display liabilities<\/strong> button to open the permissions dialogue box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Choose the content type<\/strong> you want to assign view permissions for from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Select the user category<\/strong> you want to grant access to from the To<\/em> dropdown list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Check the boxes<\/strong> next to the names of the users you want to give permission to view this content. You can also search for users<\/strong> using the search box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click the save<\/strong> button to apply and save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          1. Students Settings:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            • Password Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, students can control whether to change their passwords or not.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Username Toggle Button<\/strong>: When activated, students can change their login username on the platform, and the button can also be disabled to prevent username changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Profile Picture Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, students are allowed\/disallowed to add their profile picture to their personal account on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Phone Numbers Toggle Button<\/strong>: It is activated to give students the authority to add or change their phone numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Email Toggle Button<\/strong>: It is activated to allow\/disallow students to add or change their email addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Address Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, students are allowed\/disallowed to change their address on their personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              2. Guardians: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              • Phone Numbers Toggle Button<\/strong>: It is activated to give guardians the authority to add or change their phone numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Address Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, guardians are allowed\/disallowed to change their address on their personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                3. Enseignants<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                • Password Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, teachers can control whether to change their passwords or not.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Username Toggle Button<\/strong>: When activated, teachers can change their login username on the platform, and the button can also be disabled to prevent username changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Address Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, teachers are allowed\/disallowed to change their address on their personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  4. Other Users: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  • Password Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, users can control whether to change their passwords or not.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Username Toggle Button<\/strong>: When activated, users can change their login username on the platform, and the button can also be disabled to prevent username changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Address Toggle Button<\/strong>: By enabling it, users are allowed\/disallowed to change their address on their personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
