On this page, you can search for a course absences summary report and send lectures absence letters to students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Search for a Course Absences Summary Report:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Course Absence Summary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. S\u00e9lectionnez le Niveau<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. S\u00e9lectionnez la Section<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the Absence Type<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the Timeslots<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Specify the starting date for your course absence report in the field called (From).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Specify the ending date for your course absence report in the field called (To).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click on \u201cSearch<\/strong>\u201d to view the report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    To Send Lectures Absence Letters to Students:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choisissez le mod\u00e8le de lettre que vous voulez envoyer aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves ou \u00e0 leurs parents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Specify the starting date and ending date in the fields called (From) and (To).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the starting limit and ending limit for the number of absences in the field called (Absence Count From) and (To).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the check box if you want to include the excused absence number in the number of recorded absences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
