1. Select School Group:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the dropdown menu<\/strong> labeled All schools in the groups to filter the dashboard by a specific school or group of schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. View Active Users:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check the Online Now<\/strong> circle to see the number of currently active users. The color code differentiates between School Admin<\/strong> (pink) and Manager<\/strong> (orange)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Check Statistics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the statistics panel to review content-related activity such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Answers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pi\u00e8ces Jointes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Online Assignments<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • VCR<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. Toggle Content vs Users:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the Content \/ Users<\/strong> toggle at the top right of the statistics panel to switch between data types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. View Most Active Sections:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the most active sections in the school box, view ranked class sections by activity level, labeled in both English and Arabic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Monitor Weekly Absences:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the absence of the weekly chart, review daily absence records. Click the + button to add new data if permissions allow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Track Most Active Users:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Check the most active users until the section to view top-performing users by score. You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Toggle between all schools, school groups, and school views.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
