class=\"has-inline-color\">This screen allows users to manage certificates, letters, and signatures by searching, filtering, and performing bulk or individual actions such as downloading, deleting, or customizing data display.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To use this screen effectively, do as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>My Certificates<\/strong>, <strong>My Letters<\/strong>, or <strong>My Signature<\/strong> to navigate between different sections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Use the <strong>Number<\/strong>, <strong>Recipient Name<\/strong>, and <strong>Title<\/strong> fields to enter search criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select options from the dropdown menus as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the <strong>Search<\/strong> button to view filtered results.If advanced filtering is required, click <strong>Advanced Search<\/strong> and input additional parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">To perform bulk actions, select items using the checkboxes and click <strong>Delete Selected<\/strong> or <strong>Download Selected<\/strong> for the desired operation.U<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Use the <strong>Rows<\/strong> button to adjust the number of entries displayed on the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Export<\/strong> to download the data or <strong>Customize Columns<\/strong> to modify the visible table fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li used with the certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Only allow this extension: (PNG)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image size should be less than 1.5 MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Image
