Your account allows you to reserve appointments and organize all your meetings with colleagues, administrative staff, and parents at the educational institution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To reserve an appointment, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the main menu, go to “Appointments.” <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose “Reserve Appointment” from the dropdown menu. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. You will be directed to complete the booking. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Select the group you wish to communicate with (e.g. teacher, accountant, supervisor, principal…). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          To create a suitable appointment list for those who want to communicate with you, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. From the main menu, go to “Appointments.” <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Choose “My Appointments,” then “Add Schedule.” <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              To prereview the appointments: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Please note the colors in the agenda to distinguish appointments: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Appointments shaded in light brown are available appointments for the teacher or educational institution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Appointments shaded in mauve are appointments that have been booked by the parent and they wish to complete them with the other party. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  To review the appointment list: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. From “My Appointments,” select “Appointment List.” <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
