efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>+ Compose<\/strong> from the left menu to start a new message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Enter the message subject in the <strong>Subject<\/strong> field (required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose a priority level from the <strong>Priority<\/strong> dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select the recipient role from the <strong>To<\/strong> dropdown list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Write your message in the <strong>Body<\/strong> area and use the toolbar to format it if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Attachment<\/strong> to upload a file to the message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Send<\/strong> from either the top or bottom button to send the
