This page allows you to send formatted messages with optional attachments to specific user roles like school admins, teachers, or managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To send a new message:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Compose<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the school<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Write the subject<\/strong> of your email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Set the importance and priority of your email.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You have the option to send it to a group of users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the recipient(s) <\/strong>and click on the text box<\/strong> to write the message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. To save your email as a draft<\/strong> and click Send<\/strong> to send the message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To attach a file from your device, click on the attachment<\/strong> button, and select the required file to attach.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • To view your inbox<\/mark>, click on the Inbox button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To view sent messages<\/mark>, click on the Sent Messages button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To view emails in the draft folder<\/mark>, click on the Draft Messages button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To view messages in the archive, <\/mark>click on the Archived Messages button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To view the <\/mark>trash, click on the Trash button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
