The Compose Message<\/strong> page allows users to create and send rich-text messages to selected user roles within the system, such as School Admins, Teachers, Managers, or Advisers. Messages can be prioritized and include attachments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click + Compose<\/strong> from the left menu to start a new message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter the message title in the Subject<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select a priority from the Priority<\/strong> dropdown list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the recipient role from the To<\/strong> dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Type your message in the Body<\/strong> area and use the formatting tools as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Attachment<\/strong> to add a file to your message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Send<\/strong> from the top or bottom of the screen to deliver the message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    On the left side menu: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Click the Inbox<\/strong> button to see your inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Sent Messages<\/strong> icon to view sent messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Draft Messages<\/strong> button to read emails in the draft folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Archived Messages<\/strong> icon to access messages in the archive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Trash<\/strong> button to see the trash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
