The screen will display a list of all the draft messages you have saved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The list will include columns such as Priority, Sender, Subject, Date, and Action. These columns will provide an overview of your draft messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Search for Specific Drafts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Use the search fields at the top of the screen to filter draft messages by: <strong>Sender<\/strong> or <strong>subject<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">After entering your search criteria, click the <strong>Search<\/strong> button to filter the draft messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Managing Drafts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Delete Selected:<\/strong> To remove draft messages, select the draft(s) using the checkboxes and click <strong>Delete Selected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Rows:<\/strong> Adjust how many draft messages are displayed at once by modifying the row settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Export:<\/strong> Export selected draft messages if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Customize Columns:<\/strong> You can customize the columns displayed in your draft list to show the information most relevant to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Editing a Draft:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">To continue working on a draft, click on the <strong>draft message<\/strong> in the list. This will open the draft in the compose screen, where you can make edits, add recipients, and send the message when it is ready.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
