The Draft Messages<\/strong> page allows users to access, review, edit, and send messages that were previously composed and saved without being sent. It supports message revision and completion at a later time.
Main Menu >> Mailbox >> Draft Messages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Mailbox<\/strong> dropdown to expand the messaging menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Draft Messages<\/strong> to open the list of all saved drafts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select a draft from the list to open and edit it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Make any necessary changes in the message fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Send<\/strong> to deliver the message or Save<\/strong> again to keep it as a draft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Archive<\/strong> from the left-side menu to open the archived messages view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Use the filters for Sender<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, Recipient<\/strong>, and Date<\/strong> to refine your search.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Search<\/strong> to display results that match your selected filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select messages using the checkboxes in the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Delete Selected<\/strong> to remove archived messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Rows<\/strong> to adjust how many messages are shown per page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Click Export<\/strong> to download a copy of the message table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
