The Forms screen provides you with the functionality for managing and exporting forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Forms<\/strong> Added by Me button to filter or view forms that you have added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Review the list of forms displayed in the table, which includes columns for Title<\/strong>, Close Date<\/strong>, and Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you want to export the list, click the Export to Excel<\/strong> button to download the data as an Excel file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the New Form<\/strong> button to create a new form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the Copy Form<\/strong> button to duplicate an existing form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Review the list of forms displayed in the table, which includes columns for Title<\/strong>, Start Date<\/strong>, Close Date<\/strong>, and Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click the Export to Excel<\/strong> button to download the list of forms as an Excel file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Enter the Title of the form<\/strong> in the provided field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Fill out the Header<\/strong> section using the text editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Check the Show calendar<\/strong> to the user option if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Set the Opening Date<\/strong> by clicking the field and selecting a date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Set the Close Date<\/strong> by clicking the field and selecting a date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Upload a Terms and Conditions document using the Choose File<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Select the Department<\/strong> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Choose the Visibility option<\/strong>: Public or Private.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Enter any additional Description in the text box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      10. Click the Save<\/strong> button to save the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
