The Diagnosis List<\/strong> screen enables users to add, search, and manage student diagnoses. Users can filter records by student name, school, level, and section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To navigate through the Diagnosis screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Add Diagnosis<\/strong> button to add a new diagnosis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Use the search filters:\n
      \n
    • Student Name<\/strong>: Enter the name of the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • School<\/strong>: Specify the school name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Level<\/strong>: Select the student level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Section<\/strong>: Choose the section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Search<\/strong> to filter the diagnosis records based on the provided criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Advanced Search<\/strong> button for additional search options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click <\/strong>the Export diagnosis as Excel<\/strong> button to export selected diagnosis records to an Excel file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Export diagnoses to a single Excel <\/strong>button to export all selected diagnoses into one Excel file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Export diagnosis as PDF<\/strong> button to export selected diagnosis records as a PDF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Adjust the number of rows displayed using the Rows<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Export<\/strong> to export the table data to a file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Modify which columns are displayed in the table using the Customize columns<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
