The school administrator has the authority to transfer students or move them from one school to another as per guardians or managers’ requests, or according to the school policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. From the main menu, click Support\/Request<\/strong>, then click Students Transfer. The Transfer Student<\/strong> screen opens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter the National ID<\/strong> of the student in the search bar and click the Search<\/strong> button to display the account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. Review the displayed account details, including Name<\/strong>, Status<\/strong>, Last Activity<\/strong>, Account Created<\/strong>, Current School<\/strong>, and Login Name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Use the action buttons under the Action<\/strong> column:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Click Move<\/strong> to transfer the student\u2019s account to another school. (explained below)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Login<\/strong> to log into the student\u2019s account for administrative purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Edit<\/strong> to update the student\u2019s account information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Toggle Activate<\/strong> to enable or disable the student\u2019s account. A confirmation message appears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Student History<\/strong> to view the student\u2019s activity log or history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      Moving Students from one school to another<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      1. hile you are in the Transfer Students<\/strong> screen, after searching for the required student by ID, from the Actions coulmn, click Move<\/strong> to transfer the student\u2019s account to another school.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Under the From <\/strong>Section, select the School<\/strong> from the dropdown menu to filter students by their school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Choose the Year<\/strong>, Semester<\/strong>, Stage<\/strong>, Level<\/strong>, and Section<\/strong> as required to narrow down the search criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Enter the student name, ID, and\/or section to narrow your search more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Click the Search<\/strong> button to display the list of students matching the selected criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Select the student required to be transferred by selecting the checkbox next to his name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Under the To <\/strong>Section, select the School<\/strong> from the dropdown menu and then choose the Year<\/strong>, Semester<\/strong>, Stage<\/strong>, Level<\/strong>, and Section<\/strong> as required to define exactly to where exactly the selected student will be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        9. Click Submit <\/strong>to apply the student transfer and please be careful with this feature as it is a critical step on students\u2019 records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
