This screen is part of the Support\/Request<\/strong> section and provides various options for managing user and system-related requests. This screen allows users to search for individual user details using their National ID<\/strong>. The results display key information such as name, status, last activity, etc. Users can perform actions such as Clear<\/strong>, Activate<\/strong>, Login<\/strong>, and Manage Privileges<\/strong> for the selected user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To efficiently manage the User Information screen, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the main menu, click Support\/Request<\/strong>>>User Information.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select User Information<\/strong> to manage user-related details or to access specific user information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Input the National ID<\/strong> in the text field and click the Search<\/strong> button to display user details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Review User Details<\/strong>: Once the search results are displayed, review the user information, such as Name<\/strong>, Status<\/strong>, Last Activity<\/strong>, Account Created<\/strong>, Current School<\/strong>, User Name<\/strong>, and Login Name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The following are the actions you can perform through this screen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Click Clear<\/strong> to reset the displayed information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use Activate<\/strong> to toggle the account\u2019s activation status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select Login<\/strong> to view the user\u2019s login details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Click Manage Privileges<\/strong> to update or manage the user\u2019s system permissions. After this step, you will be redirected to the User Permissions<\/strong> screen, where you can assign or modify roles and permissions for the selected user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
