This screen is part of the Support\/Request<\/strong> section and provides various options for managing user and system-related requests. The Guardians Transfer<\/strong> screen is used to manage the transfer of guardians between schools or groups. Administrators can search for guardians using their National ID<\/strong>, view their details such as status<\/strong>, last activity<\/strong>, account creation date<\/strong>, and current school<\/strong>, and initiate transfer actions as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To manage this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the main menu, click Support \/ Request<\/strong> >> Guardian Transfer<\/strong> to open the section for transferring guardian information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter the National ID<\/strong> of the guardian you wish to transfer in the provided input field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Search<\/strong> button to retrieve and display the guardian\u2019s details, including their Name<\/strong>, Status<\/strong>, Last Activity<\/strong>, and Current School<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the Move<\/strong> button under the Action<\/strong> column to proceed with transferring the guardian to another school.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To manage the Move Guardian<\/strong> screen effectively, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the School<\/strong> from the dropdown menu to which the guardian will be transferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the Save<\/strong> button to confirm and complete the transfer process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Ensure the selected school is correct before saving the changes to avoid transfer errors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
