The Central Exam Report<\/strong> page provides a centralized view of student submissions for exams and assignments. Users can filter by student, school, level, or section, view submission details, and export data for reporting and analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to<\/strong> the Grade Management menu and click<\/strong> on Central Exam Report<\/strong> to open the report page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Use the search filters<\/strong> at the top of the screen to narrow down the results:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Enter the Student Name<\/strong>, School<\/strong>, Level<\/strong>, or Section<\/strong> in their respective fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the search<\/strong> button to apply the filters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Click<\/strong> the Advanced search button if more filter options are needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Review the table<\/strong> showing student submissions, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Full Name, ID Number, Course, School, Level, Section, Teacher, Assignment details, Mark, and Submission date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        5. Click<\/strong> the eye icon<\/strong> under the Action<\/strong> column to view more details<\/strong> about any submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Click<\/strong> the Export To Excel button to download the displayed data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Use<\/strong> the Show 50 rows<\/strong> dropdown to adjust how many records are displayed per page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Navigate pages<\/strong> using the Previous<\/strong>, 1<\/strong>, and Next<\/strong> buttons at the bottom right to view more entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
