While you are on the Reports Card screen, opened from Grade Management, you can use the Actions icon to further process the report card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use the Actions side menu options:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Actions<\/strong> dropdown menu for the report from within the reports table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the Preview<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The system navigates to a screen displaying the created report and its final format. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the Export to Excel<\/strong> button to download the report to an Excel file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Return to the report settings after creation from its respective dropdown menu, which includes: <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          • Review Grades: <\/strong>The system navigates to the main screen for reviewing the report, which contains all student reports for the school, and the report can be exported to a PDF file. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • Displays an advanced search engine for student reports. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click the “View Report” button for the student. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. The system navigates to the final form of the student’s report. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Click the “Details” button to view the report details, which can be exported to an Excel file. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Click the “Show Hidden Columns” button if available. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. Click the “Download” button to download the report to your device. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
