VCR Activation Report

The “VCR Activation Report” page is used to view the percentage of classrooms attended (launched) by the teachers compared to the number of classrooms created for a specific course.

To Generate a VCR Activation Report : #
  1. Click “VCR Activation Report”.
  2. Use the searching fields (Teacher full name – Start date – End date) to search for a specific teacher.
  3. Click on the customize columns button to choose which columns you want to show in the table.
  4. Use the Export button to :
    • Export to PDF
    • Export to Excel
    • Print the table
    • Copy the table cells and paste them into another file
  5. Use the Rows button to choose how many rows you want to view on the same page.
  6. Check the table below to view :
    • The number of Virtual classrooms that have been created.
    • The number of virtual classrooms that have been attended (launched).
    • The percentage of attended (launched) virtual classrooms.
