Realtime Overview

LMS offers various options on the Realtime Overview page to help you track recent figures.

On the Realtime Overview Page: #

1. Select School Group:

Click the dropdown menu labeled All schools in the groups to filter the dashboard by a specific school or group of schools.

2. View Active Users:

Check the Online Now circle to see the number of currently active users. The color code differentiates between School Admin (pink) and Manager (orange)

3. Check Statistics:

Use the statistics panel to review content-related activity such as:

• Messages
• Answers
• Attachments
• Online Assignments
• Submissions
• Questions
• VCR
• Preparations

4. Toggle Content vs Users:

Click the Content / Users toggle at the top right of the statistics panel to switch between data types.

5. View Most Active Sections:

In the most active sections in the school box, view ranked class sections by activity level, labeled in both English and Arabic.

6. Monitor Weekly Absences:

In the absence of the weekly chart, review daily absence records. Click the + button to add new data if permissions allow.

7. Track Most Active Users:

Check the most active users until the section to view top-performing users by score. You can:

• Toggle between all schools, school groups, and school views.
• Filter by teachers or students using the blue buttons.
