Joining Classrooms using MS Teams Desktop Application

To Join Using MS Teams Desktop Application : #

1. After logging into your account, your smart classrooms for today appear on the Homepage.
2. Click on Join next to the virtual classroom ready to open.
3. Choose Open Microsoft Teams to launch the virtual classroom using MS Teams desktop application.
4. Add your username and password and click Sign in.
5. After signing in, the MS Teams application will open and you will see the window below.
6. Enter your name (your real name).
7. Click on the camera icon and the mic icon to open the camera and the mic connected before joining the classroom.
8. Click Join now.
9. Wait for the teacher to let you in.
