Forms

The “Forms” tool is used to participate in questionnaire forms or statistical studies that have been published by the school.  

To Evaluate a Form: #

1. Click on Forms from the main menu.
2. Click on the eye icon to view the form and evaluate it.
3. You can export the table to an Excel file.
4. Start evaluating.
5. Click on “Submit”.
