Forms

The “Forms” page is used to participate in questionnaire forms or statistical studies that have been published by the school.  

To Evaluate a Form : #

1. Click on “Forms” from the main menu.
2. Click on the eye icon to view the form and evaluate it.
3. You can export the table to Excel.
4. Start evaluating.
5. Click “Submit” to submit the evaluation.
