Compose

The Compose Message page allows users to write, format, and send messages to designated roles such as School Admins, Teachers, Managers, or Advisers. Messages can include attachments and be prioritized based on urgency.
Main Menu >> Mailbox >> Compose

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:

  1. Click + Compose from the left menu to start a new message.
  2. Enter the message subject in the Subject field (required).
  3. Choose a priority level from the Priority dropdown.
  4. Select the recipient role from the To dropdown list.
  5. Write your message in the Body area and use the toolbar to format it if needed.
  6. Click Attachment to upload a file to the message.
  7. Click Send from either the top or bottom button to send the message.

On the left side menu:

  • Click the Inbox button to see your inbox.
  • Click the Sent Messages icon to view sent messages.
  • Click the Draft Messages button to read emails in the draft folder.
  • Click the Archived Messages icon to access messages in the archive.
  • Click the Trash button to see the trash.
