Compose

The Compose Message page allows users to write, format, and send messages to designated roles such as School Admins, Teachers, Managers, or Advisers. Messages can include attachments and be prioritized according to their urgency.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:

  1. Click + Compose from the left-side menu to open the message editor.
  2. Enter the message title in the Subject field.
  3. Select a priority level from the Priority dropdown menu.
  4. Choose a recipient role from the To dropdown list.
  5. Type your message in the Body field and format it using the toolbar options.
  6. Click Attachment to upload and attach a file if needed.
  7. Click Send from the top or bottom to deliver the message.

on the left side menu:

  • Click the Inbox button to see your inbox.
  • Click the Sent Messages icon to view sent messages.
  • Click the Draft Messages button to read emails in the draft folder.
  • Click the Archived Messages icon to access messages in the archive.
  • Click the Trash button to see the trash.
