The ClassLight Support page allows you to contact the ClassLight support team to guide you and solve your requests.

ClassLight Support Page Content : #
  • The Submit New Ticket button to add tickets.
  • Indicators like :
    • Open to check how many tickets are open
    • In Progress to check how many tickets are in progress.
    • Pending Client Reply to Check how many tickets are pending and need school response.
    • Pending Activation Reply to check how many tickets need ClassLight activation department response.
    • Resolved to check how many tickets are resolved.
  • A table to show you all tickets details.
To Submit a New Support Ticket : #
  1. Click the Submit New Ticket button on the ClassLight Support page.
  2. Select the ticket type: Problem / Suggestion / Inquiry.
  3. Select the Module.
  4. Select the Priority level of the ticket.
  5. Select the ticket Topic Level checkbox (General/Schools Related Issues).
  6. Type a subject for the ticket.
  7. Write down the description of the support ticket.
  8. Copy the link of the page you want to inquire about.
  9. Add attachments explaining the topic of the support ticket, often an image/video explaining the topic.
  10. Click Submit to submit your ticket.
