Students List

The “Students List” is used to view/add student absences and behaviors, generate absence reports and student affair reports.

Students List Page Contents : #

• “Students List” to view the list of school students.
• “Daily Absences” to view the students’ daily absences.

Note: You can record students’ full-day absences from the student list.

• “Course Absences” to view all students’ absences based on the course. 

Note: You can record students’ course absences from the student list.

• “Absences Summary” to view a detailed summary of different types of absences. 

Note: You will be able to send an absence letter or SMS messages to the students or their parents or both of them.

• “Course Absences Summary” to view a summary of courses based on your search criteria. Then, you can send an absence letter to the students.
• “Conditional Courses Absences Summary” to view the conditional course absences summary based on the number of absences in a specific range of time. 
• “Behaviors Report” to view a report about Positive and Negative behavior for all students. 

Note: You can record students’ behaviors from the student list.

• “Full-day absences detailed report” to view a report for students’ full-day absences in detail. 
• “VCR Activation Report” to view the percentage of classrooms attended (launched) by the teachers compared to the number of classrooms created for a specific course.
• “Student Affairs Summary” to view a report showing the number of (full-day absences, course absences, behaviors, and lateness) of the students.
